This 2-day intensive Certification will focus on Elemental Sound Medicine for Groups: A Trauma-Informed Training for anyone who wants to facilitate group sound experiences with more skill, confidence, and care. This training blends science and soul, offering a nervous-system-centered approach to sound baths that prioritizes safety, consent, choice, and real-time attunement.
You’ll learn the essential “elements” of trauma-informed group facilitation, including how to create a regulated container from the moment people arrive, how to use grounding language and pacing, and how to work with common nervous system responses that can arise in group spaces (activation, overwhelm, emotional release, shutdown). We’ll explore how rhythm and resonance support regulation, how to structure a sound journey intentionally, and how to guide groups in a way that is empowering rather than performative.
This weekend includes teaching, discussion, and experiential sound journeys throughout, so you’re not only learning concepts, you’re feeling them in your body and practicing how to apply them.

Step into the world of tuning forks as both medicine and method. Resonance Reset is a foundational training designed to help you understand how vibration interacts with the body, the nervous system, and the energy field, and how to apply tuning forks with clarity, confidence, and care.
This program weaves practical skill-building with trauma-informed principles, so you’re not just learning “what to do,” you’re learning how to create safety, consent, and regulation through sound. You’ll explore the science of frequency and entrainment, the role of rhythm and resonance in the brain and body, and the subtle art of listening, attunement, and session flow. Expect a blend of grounded education and mystical remembrance, where physiology meets intuition and technique meets presence.
You’ll learn how to work with both unweighted and weighted tuning forks, explore foundational pairings and protocols, and practice supportive applications for stress relief, nervous system reset, focus, sleep, and emotional regulation. We’ll also cover assessment through listening, ethical scope of practice, and how to facilitate sessions in a way that empowers clients rather than “fixes” them.
