As you immerse yourself in the QHHT® experience, the exploration of past lives takes center stage. Each past life creates a different chapter in the novel of your soul and holds the key to understanding the complexities that shape your present reality. The process of uncovering all this previously withheld information allows the subconscious mind to share it with the conscious mind, thereby bringing it up to the surface and enabling integration.
Each session begins with an in-depth conversation about what you are hoping to unravel, heal and integrate, lasting about an hour. Together you will formulate questions that will guide your experience. Following the conversation you will be brought into a hypnotic state where you can begin to access your own higher consciousness and explore the various lifetimes you are holding within. Finally, comes the request for the Higher Self to scan the your own body and report on any physical issues. Think of it as a full-body MRI but without any equipment, electromagnetic fields or radio waves! Healing is then requested, and if the Higher Self agrees it is appropriate, it will be given – usually immediately, but sometimes a period of time may be specified. This healing, without the client’s conscious interference, is given at the sub-atomic, quantum level, and is extraordinarily powerful. Sessions can last up to 3 hours, sometimes more.
