Delta-8 or Delta-8 THC is a cannabinoid derived from the Hemp plant. Because Delta-8 is derived from Hemp and not from Marijuana, it is completely legal thanks to the 2018 Farm Bill. So while Delta-9, which is derived from Marijuana, is still illegal in many states, Delta-8 is very legal and very safe.
