Come journey with us into The Heart of Green. It's a vibe; the Frequency of love, nature, medicine, healing and a bridge between all.  Align to your highest self and feel your energy centers clear & open as Sophia guides you through a meditation with vibrational sound that will take you to a higher level!  Optional green tea and Cacao offerings will be available to add yet another layer of magic to your experience. If you would like to amp up your experience, feel free to wear something green!  You may even feel inspired to bring something green that has meaning to you, i.e. crystals, a blanket, etc.

Cacao + Song with Sema

Sema invites you for an evening of heart space, harmony and divine connection.

Cacao is a safe and gentle plant medicine ally. Long before the advent of commercial chocolate, cacao seeds were prepared as a ceremonial drink within the indigenous cultures of Mesoamerica. When honored in ceremony, cacao acts as a gentle, yet powerful, assistant to stimulate the pineal gland and open the heart. Reclaiming chocolate as medicine, while sitting together with sacred intention, is a powerful way to increase sensitivity to subtle energies, integrate unresolved experiences and emotions, and facilitate connection.

This is a non-traditional ceremony where we sit in the company of our reflected truths, and employ some ancient tools: breath and voice. The potential for purification, transformation and integration is endless when it comes to utilizing our inbuilt alignment system. Working with the voice in this sacred context grants new life and by the end of our practice, we feel it in every aspect of our being. We are vibrant, aligned and glowing; our energy is flowing.

Weaving our voices in a great tapestry is a most wonderful prayer form and this evening is for everyone regardless of our experience with cacao or singing.

Awakening Activations are Divinely channeled group transmissions in alignment with The Highest Good. Each month we will focus on a different topic like Abundance, Love or Joy. The Transmissions include Clearings, Healings, Sound Baths, Meditations, Activations and Messages specially channeled for our group. Each channeling has the capacity to awaken and attract specific things for each person present. They are designed to Meet You Right Where You Are in the moment.

Year of the Dragon Lunar New Year Workshop with Laura Pawli

Join Laurie Pawli as she walks you through what 2024 holds! The Lunar New Year is the first new moon of a lunar calendar with the focus on a different animal each year. The night of the Lunar New Year falls on the second New Moon after the Winter Solstice.

2024 is the year of the Wood Dragon, which represents quickness, organization, and heat.

- Discussion of Feng Shui adjustments to create your best possible year

Sacred Chants Circles with Lotus Heart

Sacred Chants Circles are conscious singing gatherings where participants are invited to sing along to devotional music in a loving and supportive community space. 

Music is offered not to entertain but to deepen one's experience of singing from the heart while practicing deep listening throughout the gathering. Sound arises from and disappears into silence. During the gathering we allow periods of silence between songs enabling the vibration of sound energy to get deeper into the body, heart, and mind. No previous experience is necessary. Just come with an open heart and an open mind.  Allow the power of mantra and medicine music to ease your mind from the stresses of a busy day.
